DIY
I like to keep things as simple as possible. If anything consists of more than 5 ingredients or needs a long preparation time I am out. To see if the DIY thingies worked I tested them for at least a month, if not even lonver. It is also important to mention that some recipes might work for me but not for you and vice versa. Like for example I did try to find a deo that actually works, for at least half a year. I am sooo happy I finally found THE ONE for me. So here you will find some of my favourite recipes, have fun reading through.
DIY DEO
Picture

Ingredients:
2 tbs. bees wax
2 tbs. shea butter
2 tbs. coconut oil
30 drops essential lavender oil
8 drops essential cypress oil
8 drops essential citric oil
8 drops tea tree oil
8 drops essential sage oil

Melt the bees wax in a water bath until it is liquid. Use a different pot and melt the shea butter in a water bath, add the coconut oil and stir gently. Add the bees wax and mix all the ingredients together.
Remove the pot from the water bath and keep on stiring until the liquid becomes a milky appearance. Let it cool down a bit and add the oils. Pour the mix in a jar.
Voilà, you just created you very own deo 💚

All ingredients can be bought at the pharmacy and the DIY-deo is very easy to make.
I am not a huge fan of lavender, so if you feel the same way, you can use pretty much any other essential oil instead.

I stumbled upon it in 'WIENERIN' magazine. So if anyone knows who invented this recipe please let me know.

2-COMPONENTS DRY SHAMPOO
Picture

This recipe is super easy.
All you need is two components: cornstarch and cocoa powder and a (reusable) jar to mix them in.

You can get them in every supermarket and most times they come in carton. Carton is great because it can be recycled ♻︎ multiple times.

How does it work?
Take two spoons of cornstarch and a pinch of cocoa powder and mix them together in your jar. Voil
à, you just created your very own dry shampoo 💚
